Weatherby and Benita Bear – supporting Barnaby Bear

The aim of this collection is to introduce the QCA Study Unit 5 Geography. Its purpose is to enable children, through their personal involvement, to learn about other countries and places through a first hand object, namely Weatherby the teddy bear, and introduce them to some geographical terms and skills.

Due to popular demand we are now able to supply a female version of the Weatherby Bear Pack. Girls like to travel too!

This pack contains Weatherby the Bear, many different clothing outfits and accessories for the different climates he will meet and evidence of some of the places that Weatherby has been already. Locate the places on a map and consider how he travelled there, what clothes he would have needed for the differing climates and what he would have seen in those places.
